Exploratory call

We will reach out to you to discuss your career goals and interest in the role you have applied for. This call is an opportunity for you to ask questions and know more about the role.

Video call

If you pass the phone screen, you'll be invited to do subsequent video screens. These may involve a hiring manager or a peer of the same level as your role, who will ask more in-depth questions about your resume, as well as behavior-based questions.

Technical round

There could be assignments given to you based on the role you are applying for. Mostly these are take-home assignments and in some cases, we will do a quick activity in the technical round. You will be given an opportunity to showcase the results in front of the panel.

Bar Raiser

We will be evaluating you not just on the role you are applying for but the fitment in terms of the company culture and values. The idea is to make sure you are not just being hired for a particular role but for the company as a whole.

HR round

Once all the rounds are over, and there is a green signal from most of the interviewers, you will be invited for a discussion with HR. They will evaluate you on the behavioral aspects, career goals, and organizational culture point of view.
